 * Returned items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

How to Return

1. Contact us at service@emilynavas.com to initiate a return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if eligible, a return shipping label.

3. Ship the item(s) back using the instructions provided.

Refund Process

 * Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

 * Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

 * Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.

 * If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., size or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 * If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping fee.


Order Cancellation

 * Cancellation Period: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they haven’t shipped.

 * Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

 * If your cancellation request meets the above criteria, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
